Tree Top Chalet - Tucked in the Trees, Soaring in Comfort

Hi There... We (4 of us) were here in mid October for a very relaxing 5 days. There was plenty of room for us and we could've easily fit in a few more. The kitchen / dining area has tons of space and even has a screened in porch area off of it, which we used a couple of days to have lunch in. You go down a few steps to the entertaining area. Again, tons of space. In this large area there's a Fireplace. a comfy sectional to sit or lay on, situated right in front of an entertainment unit which housed a large Flat Screen which had to be in the 50 to 60 inch range. We watched Seattle beat the Blue Jays in front of a cozy fire. Us Canadians weren't happy at all. Off the entertainment area are 2 sets of sliding patio doors that take you to a spacious elevated wrap around deck. This is where we spent most of our afternoons and early evenings. There's a propane barbeque that we used a few times, a propane stove to cozy around in front of and plenty of lounge / chairs. Now for the best part, "The Views"!! We were fortunate to be there when the Leaves were changing colour. The colours were spectacular all around you, especially from the other side of the Lake. Included in the views from up on the deck was seeing the number of deer. I'm not meaning from a distance. I'm meaning right there under the deck, the front walkway, the driveway, everywhere. They're not scared of people at all, if you don't scare them. Lastly the bedrooms. One large main bedroom on the main floor and the others are on the lowest level. 3 bedrooms at least with lots of beds. The bed rooms were very clean and comfortable along with the bathrooms being very clean and everything worked. Now. the outside. well manicured grounds, a large finished double driveway and lots of space!! Going there, it's a good idea to bring your supplies like food, booze and whatever or purchase them just before you get there. For us, we stopped in Canadaigua as it's still approx 20 minutes of a drive to the rental. We had to back to town twice.. lol This place was recommended to me from a friend who has stayed here in the past and I'm glad he did, The 4 of us are planning on going back next year to see the leaves changing their colour again. Us 70+ enjoyed it I hope that this review helps someone make a decision to go here or not I hope this helps someone make a decision on whether to go here or not .... I don't think you will be !! My wife and I, children, and grandchildren had a great experience. The place is alive with wildlife! Saw mother deer with fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, & foxes in the yard. Spent time on the lake, and dined at great restaurants. Bristol mountain outdoor adventures has an awesome zip line course.

Our whole experience at Tree Top Chalet was great. The host Justin did amazing job making sure we were well prepared for arrival. There is some amazing wineries and restaurants that we visited close to the property. Roots Cafe was our favorite ! The beach access was amazing for our family and enjoyed playing tennis. We had a nice fire at night while having a glass of wine and brand new BBQ was great to cook on. We will be back !

This is a lovely house in a great location! Beautiful home, great views and as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful. Great experience and I would definitely return!
